What should I do if I’m experiencing difficulties placing an online order and checking out?
Please contact us on 07941 225 777. We will be able to create a voucher sale over the phone, take payment and arrange postage.
How do I print my email voucher?
Your voucher will arrive by email as a PDF attachment, please open the PDF attachment and print it. The quality of the print finish will be determined by the print specification of your printer.
What delivery and postal options do I have?
Gift Vouchers can be emailed free of charge.
Gift vouchers can be mailed 1st class in a gift wallet for £7.99.
Can I have a VAT receipt for my purchase?
Please reach out to the venue directly to obtain a VAT receipt.
I’ve received my voucher and there is a mistake on it, can I get it amended?
Yes please contact us, we can amend or reissue a voucher.
I’ve lost my voucher, can I still make a booking?
Vouchers can be retrieved from the system and reissued, but please contact us on 07941 225 777 or email us on stay@clifffarmhouse.co.uk. You must contact us 72 hours in advance of your booking.
Can I extend or refund my voucher?
Vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
I have only part used my voucher, can I carry forward the balance?
Experience vouchers are for a single transactions and monetary vouchers have to be fully redeemed to their denominated value. For part used vouchers, no change will be given nor will credit will be available.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Prior booking is essential 72 hours in advance and can be achieved by ringing us on 07941 225 777.
